So I've decided to create my own blog and i'm slowing figuring out how to navigate my self around this thing and to make it look cool like everyone else's.
Shane will be hitting pavement on his venture to Michigan in eight days. It's a bittersweet feeling for both of us, but more for him than me. I want him here so we can finally be together and won't have to be on opposite sides of the country again, but at the same time I feel for his family and him. He's leaving some amazing friends and his loving family in Utah. :( I hate the fact that we can't all be together, but that day will come. For now, Shane will just become a Michigander and start talking the normal way ;) Well normal way to us here anyways. Maybe he won't make fun of how I say my 'a' and 'o' anymore if he picks up on our accent. Anyways, I CAN NOT wait for him to be here! I'll finally have a real relationship experience.
One of the main reasons for this blog is to keep Shane's family in the loop and so they have something to look at while we're here in Michigan and they're there in Utah. It'll also be something to keep track of the beginning of our lives together and to share with all of our loved ones. Hopefully I'll remember to update it a lot, but it seems way fun so i'm sure instead of doing homework i'll be on here.
